This policy explains what data the arcwords.com.br website uses, why, and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to every page of the site, in Portuguese, English and Spanish, including the blog.
Who is responsible
The website and the data processing described here are the responsibility of ArcWords. For any privacy matter, contact us:
- Email: contato@arcwords.com.br
- WhatsApp: +55 (11) 98754-8218
- Contact page: arcwords.com.br/en/contact
Contact form
The form on the contact page asks for:
- Name (required);
- Company (optional);
- Topic of interest, picked from a list;
- Message (required).
The form does not send or store this data on the website. It only puts the message together and opens WhatsApp. You are the one who sends it, from your own WhatsApp, and only if you want to. Once you send it, we use what you wrote to reply and to talk about your project.
Marketing diagnosis
The diagnosis on the paid traffic page (in Portuguese) asks questions about your business: how you sell, your priority, your situation with ads, where the ads would take people, whether you can measure what they bring in, and whether you already have a monthly media budget.
Your answers are processed in your browser to show the result. The website does not store them. If you want, you can send the summary on WhatsApp, and then the same applies as for the contact form.
WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook
The WhatsApp buttons and links open a chat with ArcWords on WhatsApp, sometimes with a pre-written message that you can edit before sending. The website also links to ArcWords' Instagram and Facebook profiles.
These services belong to Meta and have their own privacy policies. What you do there, including the messages you send, follows their rules.
Visit measurement (Google Analytics)
We may use Google Analytics, by Google, to understand how the website is used: pages visited, where the visit came from, and actions such as clicks on the WhatsApp buttons and the diagnosis steps. These events do not include what you type in the form or your answers to the diagnosis.
Google Analytics uses cookies and browser data, such as IP address and device type. You can block these cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Google AdSense ads
The website may show ads from Google AdSense. About these ads:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Cookies and browser storage
Besides the Google cookies described above, the website itself stores very little in your browser, only to remember your language choices:
| Name | Type | What it is for | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
arc-lang |
localStorage and cookie | Stores the language you picked in the selector (PT, EN or ES), so the site stays in that language | Cookie: 1 year. localStorage: until you clear it |
arc-lang-banner-off |
localStorage | Remembers that you closed the language notice, so it does not show again | Until you clear it |
This information stays in your browser only. The website does not send it to any server and does not use it to identify you. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings. If you do, the site simply stops remembering the language you picked.
Why we use this data
- To reply to your message: because you asked, by sending it.
- To remember the language: so the website works the way you chose.
- To measure visits and show ads: to improve and support the website, based on legitimate interest. You can object through the options above or by contacting us.
Your rights (LGPD)
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018), you can ask ArcWords for:
- confirmation that we process your data;
- access to your data;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the law;

- withdrawal of consent;
- objection to processing you consider irregular.
To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@arcwords.com.br. You can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
